CORPORATE SECRETARY (SEC)

Provide high level business support to the company

Job descriptions:

  • Communicate between China liaison and the company
  • Advise & co-ordinate all meetings and appointments and pass relevant information on to staff
  • Maintain asset register for field and office equipment
  • Maintain accurate and consistent filling records
  • Co-ordinate travel movements for all staff.
  • Coordinate all business functions
  • Arrange all travel, accommodation and other associated miscellaneous items for company guests.

Job qualifications:

  • Maximum age 28.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
  • Fluent  in Mandarin is a must ( Oral and Writing)
  • Good Microsoft Office Skill
  • Have proven ability to liaise with people at all level
  • Be professionally presented and spoken
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Be highly organized

  • Drafter / design jig inspection
  • Develop system quality manufacture
  • Customer claim satisfaction : customer negotiation, follow up claim,  internal communication.


Requirements :

  • Diploma Degree in  Mechanical Engineering From Reputable University
  • Male/Female, Max 25 Years  age
  • Skillfull in design
  • Fluent in English oral & written
  • Having a good knowledge & skill in : Technical Drawing, Technical Specification,Measurement Skill
  • Having a strong analytical thinking
  • Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO TS 16949)
  • Able to work in underpressure environment
  • Able to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situation and with various people
  • Good Interpersonal Skill

The role of this position is to :

  • Understand the Marketing products & brands and support the development of all programs developed in Modern Distribution Channel.
  • Support in encouraging Marketing to deliver samples and artwork in a timely manner for the development, deliver to related agencies/contractors, and maintain the files.
  • Develop and implement Secondary Point of Engagement (POE) and other merchandising display & tools  for all format in Modern Trade,  involves the set up and maintenance.
  • Create merhandising guideline material by format/account needs.
  • Logistically coordinate all the aspects of account merchandising efforts (delivery to in-store execution).
  • Track and manage the merchandising materials inventories and ensure the qualities are on hand to meet company needs.
  • Develop promotional concepts and POSM as per Key Account brief & Brand guideline.
  • Support In-store Activation program and other Sales Push activities.
  • Develop Execution Brief for the Field Team on Promotional and other account support activities, and clearly communicate update progress for use by internal departments.
  • Logistically coordinate all the aspects of account merchandising efforts (delivery to in-store execution).
  • Reviewing the competitions programs and promotions.  Provide field input & report about the product, displays, and consumer promotions at retail on the Market Visit activities.
  • Maintain the project administration by good coordination with Purchasing (PO creating process) & Finance (Budget Monitoring process).


The qualifications are:

  • University graduates in any discipline preferable Marketing / Business Administration.
  • Experienced 2-3 years in Trade Marketing / Modern Trade area.
  • Fast Learning and adaptive to dynamic situation.
  • Self Driven and high initiative, also could finish task under minimum supervision and deliver expected result in established timeplan.
  • Detail with visuals & designs, also with numbers.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations.
  • Fluent in English written & verbal.
