PT.Indonesia EPSON Industry is a printer manufacturing company, located at EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi. We produce both SIDM and I/J Printers. Currently we have vacant position for HR department as follow :

RECRUITMENT STAFF

Job desctiption :

-Do the operational recruitment process (staff & operator level) during recruitment peak season
-Maintain post recruitment activities (tools, contract document, etc)
-Monitoring for end of contract (staff) & conduct permanency process (scheduling, presentation preparation, issue permanency letter)

Qualifications :

-Male/Female, age 23 – 25
-Holding Bachelor Degree (S1) from psychology, management, & other social science.
-Able to speaks & writes English fluently
-Having 1 year experience in recruitment, but fresh graduate are welcome.
-Communicative, good analytical thinking, good Interpersonal skill and strong leadership.
-Able to work independently and in a team.
-Willing to learn and work hard.
-Available on working over time.
-Work placement in Cikarang.

- Responsible with cleaning area and work safety at factory.

Requirement:
- D3 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience at least 1 year at the same field.
- Willing to work at factory located in Cikarang – Jababeka.
